Location: Alcester and Studley Warwickshire (with travel throughout the Arden area)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week flexible
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (pro rata 18.5 hours)
Holidays: 28 days (pro rata 18.5 hours – 14 days) inc. bank holidays
Arden Foodbank is seeking an organised, compassionate and proactive Strategic Foodbank & Community Hub Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our charity and help us make a lasting difference to people facing food insecurity.
Working closely with our Board of Trustees and dedicated volunteers, you will oversee foodbank operations, coordinate volunteers, build relationships with referral agencies and community partners, and ensure our services are delivered safely, efficiently and with dignity.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and developing partnerships that strengthen local communities.
About You
You will be an excellent organiser with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will have experience of coordinating people, managing priorities and maintaining accurate records. A background in the voluntary, community or public sector is desirable, but we welcome applicants with transferable management experience who share our values.
